| Certification Maintenance |
Annual certification by an engineer of the company Ing Prager Elektronik HandelsGmbH. This includes the review of the system, as well as the validation using NIST-certified standards and the issuance of Inspection. The necessary standards are included. You will also receive preferred help with application questions, and free software updates. Further services, installations, configuration settings, and spare parts are not included and must be invoiced separately.
Options: 1) faster response time than 48h
2) Hire a replacement device if the repair can't be carried out on the spot

Preferred Maintenance

You will also receive preferred help with application questions, and free software updates. Up to two service visits in the event of a disturbance are included. There is a discount of 20% for additional required customer service visits. Further services, installations, configuration settings, and spare parts are not included and must be invoiced separately.
