TPD/R/O 1100

The TPD / R / O 1100 is used for characterization of catalysts by temperature-programmed desorption, reduction, oxidation and pulse chemisorption. The device can be fully automated and reproducible activations (preparation) of samples, temperature desorption (TPD), temperature reduction (TPR), temperature oxidation (TPO) and pulse chemisorption can be carried out.

 

Technical Specifications:

Temperature: room temperature - 1100°C (resolution 1°C)

Heating rate: 1-20°C/min (in increments of 1°C/min)

Cooling time: 35 minutes from 1100°C to room temperature

Sample Temperature: thermocouple (Cr / Al) 0.5 mm quartz-coated, directly in the sample

Gases: 4 independent inputs (2 reactive Inerts 2) H2, He, N2, Ar, CO2, gas mixtures (H2 in Ar, O2 in He)

Flow Control: 10 - 100 cc / min. in 1 cc / min levels
